The figuration is for me, all along, a primary need which has affected, pretty much, the pursuit of my artistic individuality.
The vocation of the human figure together with the desire for abstraction creates a strong contrast, hence the need for an ongoing research to achieve compositional harmony and balancing in chromatic approach maybe driven, at an unconscious level, by the strong light of my land.
I never felt the need to belong to a "stable dwelling", but to live in "temporary shelters", having, more and more over time, the need to express myself with the color, ...
the power of color.

The "construction" of the family and the commitment to teaching have absorbed most of my time making the artistic activity erratic.
Only a few years ago I found a regular rhythm in the work of artist and this give me creative force and makes me think that, basically, in me, much still need to occours.
